The Hill Group, LLC was established in September 2016. Founder and CEO, Jamonica Hill has over 28 years’ experience in the financial industry with American Express. Throughout her career, Jamonica worked in various areas of Operations in mid-level executive management roles on a global scale. She has held key roles in Vendor Management, Program Management, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Project Management, Call Center Management and End-to-End Process Management. She is known for her passion to serve customers and create a positive customer experience. She is committed to help small and medium sized firms purse win-win solutions with quality services.
